Contrary to common misinformation online, the Mystery Block cannot be bought from the shop and cannot drop from regular chests or Legendary Chests. It is a strictly one-time quest reward.
- Quest Name: "Box" Quest
- Objective: Guide your build through the specialized Box quest stage barriers and reach the target destination.
- Reward: 800 Gold + 1x Mystery Block (Exclusive, Max 1 per account).
Because the quest can only be completed once for the Mystery Block reward, your account will permanently hold exactly 1 Mystery Block in your block inventory once unlocked.
2. Mystery Block Physics & Transformation Mechanics
When placed in building mode on your plot, the Mystery Block features a distinctive purple texture with a central question mark symbol.
- Weight & Density: The Mystery Block has a recorded mass of approximately 26.337 kg, making it heavier than standard wood or plastic blocks.
- Dynamic Morphing: When unanchored or launched into the water stages, the Mystery Block morphs randomly into another block type (such as Gold, Metal, Wood, TNT, or Glue).
- Physics Inheritance: Once morphed upon stage launch, the block takes on the exact durability, collision, and weight attributes of the block it transforms into for that run.
